Meetings and Incentive Marketing, MIM Travel is a registered and licensed travel agency in the State of Florida and California .  We are affiliated with Travel Network and Vacation Central located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.  Meetings and Incentive Marketing has been registered as a business with the State of Florida since 2003.  The owner of the business, Norm Kempkens, has in the past operated World Air Travel, and was President of World Air Tours in Toronto , Canada for 17 years.  He was also Director of Sales of a leading Destination Management Co. in Puerto Rico from 1996 until 2002 handling small to large size meetings and incentive groups. Since 2003 he has operated MIM Travel.
